Stogo Solutions Company ("Stogo", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.stogosolutions.com and in the course of providing warehousing, fulfillment and logistics services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Data we collect
- Contact and enquiry data: name, company, email, phone number and the content of messages you send us through our forms, email or WhatsApp.
- Service data: order, inventory and shipment information needed to store and deliver your products, including end-customer names, addresses and phone numbers supplied by you or your sales channels.
- Technical data: browser type, device, approximate location and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics cookies.
- Preferences: your light/dark theme choice, stored locally in your browser only.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To deliver contracted logistics services, including sharing delivery details with carriers such as Aramex, SMSA, Aymakan, GFS Express, Labaih, SPL and DHL.
- To operate our warehouse management system (Omniful) and integrations you authorize (for example Shopify, Salla, Zid, Amazon or noon).
- To send service updates and, with your consent, newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers necessary to fulfill the purposes above (carriers, technology providers, payment and accounting partners), with professional advisers, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Service data is retained for the duration of the contract and as long afterwards as required by Saudi commercial and tax regulations.
5. Security
Facilities are protected with access control and CCTV; systems use role-based access and encrypted connections. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through unencrypted channels.
6. Your rights
