1. Website use
By using www.stogosolutions.com you agree to these terms. Content is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute an offer. Quotes, service levels and prices are confirmed only in a written service agreement.
2. Service agreements
Warehousing, fulfillment, cold storage and healthcare logistics services are provided under a separate service agreement that sets out rates, storage terms, handling standards, liability limits and insurance. In case of conflict, the service agreement prevails over these website terms.
3. Pay-for-what-you-use model
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, storage is billed monthly for space occupied, and fulfillment is billed per order and unit handled. There is no minimum term; either party may end services with 30 days' written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding invoices and collection of remaining inventory.
4. Client obligations
- Provide accurate product, packaging and regulatory information, including for temperature-sensitive or restricted goods.
- Ensure goods are lawful to store and sell in Saudi Arabia and that required licenses are held.
- Keep sales-channel integrations authorized and inform us of changes affecting operations.
5. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited as set out in the service agreement and applicable law. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
6. Intellectual property
The Stogo name, logo and website content are owned by Stogo Solutions Company. Partner and client logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify commercial relationships only.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah.
